No, I didn't get raptured and I'm still here like everyone else, but I've been busy dealing with identity theft that was caused by my shadyass apartment. My roommate, his mom, and I all have to deal with this one idiot who stole our identity and is constantly trying to apply for credit with our information. I have a 7 year fraud alert on all three credit agencies but the guy somehow managed to change my cellphone number to his so that whenever a company would call to verify that I actually applied for the credit card, he would answer and say yes. His address is at 2489 Davidson Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92405-3013. He goes by "Latin Casper" and his email address is: latincasper0111@verizon.net. His password he used to make an account with my information was: Antunez01.. Have fun with it

In the meantime, I'll be dealing with all this shit so bare with me and stay tuned

UPDATE: Someone asked how it happened.. well living at a shitty apartment near school, that's what happened. Because apartments have all your private information on file, make sure the manager isn't old (the one here was like 65). Then what happened was that she hired a bunch of young teenagers to help her. Obviously someone was stealing information out of the apartment. Anyways, thanks for the help people.. I'll be doing my own homework but we all know we can't talk about that ;)

Tomorrow Morning, 5/21/2011, Rapture Day

So apparently the Rapture is tomorrow (5/21/2011). Does anyone actually believe it'll happen? I'm curious as to see who does. You're all entitled to your opinion but if you actually believe the Rapture is coming, please do the following:

I, myself, used to be a Christian when I was younger. I was kind of forced (by my mother) to become one as many Christians my generation are too. As I grew older I noticed many holes and realized that the Bible is just a really, really, long book. Some parts are written beautifully, some are too absurd to be true. The debate of religion continues on and on, but I guess we'll see if the Christians are right tomorrow. I was an atheist for the longest time, and I might still be OR I might just be agnostic. I studied almost every religion and realized each one does have its truths. Every religion starts as a cult, who knows 100 years from now Scientology might actually become an established religion. One question that was never answered to me that I'm curious about: If God is good and Satan is evil, why is Satan evil is he condemns the evil? Why is it that in the bible, Satan does not kill a single person (while God kills hundreds of thousands). Here's a quote to think about "Satan is the best friend that the church has ever had. For he has kept it in business all these years."

Enough of that.. I want to share with you guys a simple fusion recipe I made one late night when I was hungry. The ingredients are as follows: Hummus (preferably garlic or red peppers), Garlic Naan, and Sausage (Portuguese, Hawaiian, Kielbasa, Bratwurst, whatever you're feeling).

Just BBQ the sausage (George Foreman it up), toast the Garlic Naan, spread the Hummus all over the Naan and wrap the sausage in it. "Pigs in a Blanket on Steroids" I'd call it. If you don't have any sausage just get the Hebrew National Hotdogs from Costco (in fact, I got all these ingredients there). If you got time, grill some onions & peppers and shove it in there. Add mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish or any other condiment you're feeling. Trust me, you're in for an orgasm in your mouth.

A twist on a classic

Wow, I didn't expect so many people to be anticipating my comeback.. it feels great. I'm not sure who exactly reads my blog though so just leave a note to let me know if you're be a dedicated follower (I'll do the same). Just an easier way to sift out who's actually following my blog ;)

For those that have been keeping up with my entries.. you know I'm a sucker for food (might I add.. BOMB food). While I've been gone for almost 2-3 years, I've experienced some of the best foods in the world. Sadly, my droid phone is dead and I currently don't have a camera. I managed to save a couple of great pictures (not just food) on my hard drive so I'll be uploading them for your enjoyment. Let me know what your favorite foods are.. here's a couple of Asian and Asian fusion you should all try

From top to bottom: Mixed spicy bowl (tuna, salmon, yellowtail), Scallop taco, Dos Chino's breakfast taco, a quick collage of my favorite foods at the moment (predominately Asian--sushi, tempura, pho, dim sum, shark fin soup, steak for the hell of it), and lastly a lobster my scuba diving crew caught when it was lobster season a couple months back

Since this blog was mostly about Asian cuisine, I felt like giving a tribute to Jun Seba (Nujabes) who created some super chill beats.. for those that don't know him make sure you check out some of his tracks.

I'll try to update regularly but like my last post said.. finals are coming up. Less than a month before graduation.. should I walk?

Biking back from campus around 6:30 pm, weather was acting up

It's been a longass time since I've blogged but its been caused by many issues:
- My harddrive got wiped clean about 5 times this year
- I'm STILL taking pics with my phone (holds about 15 pics only)
- Lack of interest in blogging, due to other more important shit
- I didn't know (and still don't) know how to watermark on Gimp or CS5, but I had some time today to individually mark each pic on Paint

Regardless of these lame excuses,
I'll try to update at least once every month

Yelp was holding a Lil Tokyo event where all these bomb places (peep pics below) had huge discounts for a week. H.U. Art had a 12% off any art piece. These three were some of the more interesting ones (but honestly they were all interesting). These just happened to match my taste, but the cool thing is they swap art pieces on and off all the time. Many big name urban artists work featured here too.

Ensenada Cruise 2009!

I've been having a midterm every week for the past month. Another one coming up next Thursday (Business 106 w/ Chungy Smallz). I've been out of it, but tryin to get myself back together. I haven't been really sociable to anyone especially new people or people I'm not that close with, so I might have given off a bad impression to several people and pushed them away but oh well!

I realized I didn't have a Spring post, so here's a little part dedicated to Spring

This is how I make hash browns:
olive oil, jalapeno peppers, red potatos, salt & pepper = WIN

The hash browns accommodate my dinner, which is comprised of spinach salad, and an onion bagel w/ cream cheese and a poached egg (squeeze the onion bagels together for the yolk to erupt in the middle, its satisfying.. at least to a kid like me)

Now for some outsider food:
Every time I go to Tina's, I end up spending at least $9. Here's their carne asada gordita and their shrimp ceviche tostada. The place ain't that bad, it's their health standards I'm more concerned about.

Its been raining alot lately, and its colddd..

WHAT A HECTIC WEEK!

so if you didn't already know, I have 3 roommates; a Mexican and 2 white boys. Ones alright, the other a bit creepish (talking about the white boys of course, I'm close with the Mexican). The two white boys are outside drinking and singing, and once again I can't sleep. So, this is gonna be a massive update..

I had a dream I was at Costco with Kevin and Francis.. I ended up looking at blueberry muffins and then I woke up, awkward. But it just goes to show that dreams are really random and about anything in your life, even if you don't think it means much. Oh and isn't it amazing how dreams are so unrealistic but yet.. so realistic that you don't notice you're in a dream sometimes? if that makes sense.

Anyways, I haven't been sleeping well this whole week. Out of 5 days, I think I only got about 5 hours of sleep total (an hour a day). Ah, I'm tired of writing. I'll post a bunch of pictures up you kiddos.

RECYCLE DAY!

Blueberry Donut! Honestly, I've never tried a blueberry flavored donut, it was awesome (Freshh Donuts). Got this right after David and I put our laundry in the machines.

Indian sweets! Supposedly the one on the right tastes like caramel w/ cream. This was after we finished the donuts.

Woah! I've never seen this before. It's an organic eggplant. The ones you see in the store are beefed up with all sorts of chemicals. Think about it, that's where the name comes from "egg"plant.

A quesadilla I made at 4 in the morning.. I was starving. 3 different deli meats grilled, Monterrey jack cheese, a ton of grilled onions, and grilled jalapenos.

Winter Quarter, Week 3

Good morning everyone, it's 6:30 in the morning and I haven't slept it. Well, you know what today is, MLK x Obama Inauguration woohoo. Didn't do anything Friday or Saturday. I ended up driving back to Riverside at 6 am in the morning and knocking out. Woke up around 2 pm and made myself a lame sandwich with just mustard and stacks of meat (tasted like crap so I ended up throwing it away). Went online and figured out my schedule then went to Nate's at 7. I was watching Food Challenge: Mac & Cheese (talk about stupid, but it was pretty addicting). We then went to the gym where we played basketball as a warmup then did chests x forearm x abs. We got real hungry and I took him to Ten Ren's so he could try something new. We ordered a ton of food, salt & pepper chicken, sweet & sour fish meal, beef noodle stew & 2 teas. After that, he came over and we watched Adult Swim on Cartoon Network till 12:30. He went home and I tried to sleep, but failed and just laid in bed. I'm stressed out about some stuff and I guess I overthink things.

Reminder to self: Call DG today or tomorrow (if closed), call BF after to combine shipment.

I had a bad dream; it involved acquaintances who were at my house and told me that they didn't wanna be my friend. I didn't even know them that well, what a weird dream. I guess it meant that I was thinking too much about catering to other's needs and caring too much about what they thought of me. Honestly I don't think I've been like this, but that's how I'm gonna interpret this nasty dream. Woke up at 9:40 from ringing door bells, and literally felt like shit; my neck is killing me. Checked my email and found out EWW is having a 50% off sale. Class started at 9 today and I woke up around 7:30, took a shower, put on a sweatshirt & jeans and rushed out. Since I had a class back to back in the same classroom (same room for 3 hours), I packed a banana & some Taiwanese blueberry yogurt dessert I bought over the weekend to last. So class finally ended at 12, and I was starving. In creative writing, the professor reminded all of us to get a composition book to blog and turn in at random times.

Well, I tried looking for a composition book yesterday for an hour (Staples, Walmart, Office Depot & Target) and found only "wide-ruled" comp books. I decided that I had to get a "college-ruled" comp book by today. But first, I went home and napped for four hours, I didn't even eat. When I woke up, I asked my roomie David if he wanted to go to Walgreens with me (I called ahead to make sure they had the books) and he agreed only if he got groceries on the way. Kevin called me up and after I told him what I was up to, he wanted to tag along with Francis. On the way to Walgreens, there was a bunch of traffic and it turned out to be an hour adventure. I rushed back as soon as I could and dropped off Kevin & Francis to class. I had the same class with them so I drove back, bought Rubios, and made David drop me off to class. Class dragged on till 8, walked back and went online to chat before David came back. So to cut things short, David came back, we went to get some groceries and returned.

Went to DG's site and checked out their second deal for their 10 year anniversary. Happy Anniversary guys. 50% off till 12 PM tonight. I was thinkin about gettin the FF jacket & FF "The Angel's" hat. I love FF and got almost every piece of clothing from them. But I ain't rich, so I could only get them when they're on sale. I want one of those Black & White letter jackets though, they're real legit.

Read up on MR44's blog and you know what.. I'm envious. I wish my blog was as cool as his.

woke up at 1 today and ate some food from mama with fam.. it was simple but its awwwright cuz dinner was bomb! Hotpot with all the kobe beef you want.. and fresh live lobster! Sashimi and boiled in the hotpot! YUM YUM

KL is having a 24 hour sale today.. I hate KL but with a 60% discount? damn.. so I got a nice gift for her (future special lady) anyways.. I spent alot on shirts this month.. but I normally don't shop at all.. it was only cuz things were 50 - 70% off and I couldn't help but to buy shirts that were $6 - $15!

Watched two movies today.. The Fountain and some of Fight Club.. watch The Fountain.. if you don't get it at first watch it over and over again till you do.. I promise the message of the movie is worth your time.

Andrew called me up at 11 today asking me to pick him and Suyen up cuz he didn't have a car.. did that and they asked if I wanted to drink.. I couldn't cuz I had plans tonight.. what are those plans? just some personal shit.. its 11:40.. gotta start soon!

it's technically Christmas (4:30 am). What did I do during Christmas Eve? hmm.. waste my life. I literally didn't do jack shit today. My back became so sore from sitting in front of the laptop continuously for hours. Today was the third day I watched Fight Club on G4. I never get tired of Fight Club. I'm pretty sure it's my favorite movie.. among The Fountain.. Gladiator.. and some others. So I woke up at 1 today and for lunch.. me, my bro and my dad ate chili dogs.. damn I realized that everything has MSG.

I tried to begin working out today. The most important thing about working out is warming up beforehand and stretching. I couldn't even warmup with my jumprope cuz I don't have the adjustor.. I don't know where it is. So I tried running as a warmup.. and I guess my old machine is breaking down because it keeps stopping after I start running really fast (8mph).. so I kept it at 6 - 7 mph. I got tired way too fast.. after .4 miles I couldn't continue and got off. Damn I need to get back in shape FAST..

Anyways.. I ended up doing only pushups today and I was energy-less after.. I did 3 sets of 30 which isn't alot at all.. and I ended up lying on my couch feeling like shit. Hmm anyways I realized alot of things today.. gotta remember all of it

I have to stop sleeping this late every night.. I end up watching Adult Swim till 5 every night.. that's bad. Oh today I was on a forum and some Chinese guy was saying how he hates Asians and all that.. hes an ABC and he thinks that Asians are materialistic and all that stupid shit. Well I think he's an idiot for thinkin that way and got whitewashed into believing Americans are #1. I could go on forever arguing about what he said about Asians and how us "chinks" are the worst in the world but that would be pointless and a waste of time. Damn my back is hurting again.. I need to be more efficient and make better use of my time..

Hello! so I woke up at 1 today (I slept at 6 last night) and I felt really shitty. I really didn't do much today except go grocery shopping with my bro and make my own dinner. I didn't take any MMS in the morning but I'm about to take 9 drops now. I decided to push back my workout schedule a day or two but its really hard when you don't have a gym and the right equipment. I wish I could at least jump rope for 15 minutes a day but I can't find my jump rope adjuster. Its currently 12:15.. what was my highlight for the day.. nothing really special but I received this shirt I ordered for only 3 bucks shipped.. and its really nice.. check out Lore Clothing and their shirt "Thy Kingdom" on their website. I received a bunch of other clothes yesterday too.. I'm waiting on 2 more shipments to come in.. my left foot needs to be healed! Last night I was walking into my mothers room to get something and it was dark and the heater (quite big) fell on my left foot and there's a big bump now.. veins were ruptured.. but it'll heal. I was supposed to hang out with Mari N. today but we'll find another time to hang out.

Christmas is coming up soon.. I haven't gotten anyone except one person a gift. I already got my dad a gift.. I couldn't find my mom a gift (I wonder if I could make something at the last minute) and my brother's gift ended up being "out of stock" after I placed the order so that sucks. Today at the store I bought this green tea Popsicle fruit bar.. its really chewy and gooey but its yummy! It's korean.. and its called "Ah Cha Ga Bar" weird but definitely yummy.. Kevin Y. came over today to pick up something for his mom and stayed for a bit to hang out.. I'll be goin to South Coast Plaza tomorrow with Kevin L. I think I'll be driving..

Gas is going back up again. I don't understand why it is but thanks OPEC! Other news.. kinda old but GM got about 16 billion in funds taken from the banks bailout money. Not as much as they needed but enough to last them for about 6 - 12 months (my opinion). Would people really buy GM if they were bailed out? Americans can't make cars.. I say let Darwinism take its place

My blogs will start to get more interesting and fun as time goes on. For example.. written better.. pics and videos will be on here.. but for now.. this will be all. Time to.. drink my MMS.. and do a light workout.. hopefully run a bit to stretch then work on chests (aiming for the TD workout).

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRO! Today my brother turns 17, and what is he doing on his birthday? Taking his license test. He got his new car yesterday (09 Honda Civic EX) and I guess he's pretty satisfied with it.. well I'm not sure where he is but when I see him I'll tell him Happy Birthday.

I woke up exactly at 10 am this morning. I woke up earlier but I decided not to get out of bed because it was raining and was way too cold. So I get up, and put on a jacket and drank my MMS (9 drops). Right after I felt dizzy but it's alright.. I then sat down and started watching First Sunday on TV and decided to create this blog to document my every day.. because some crazy stuff does happen to me at random times. Now I'm toasting my breakfast (asian hotdog cheese bun) and defrosting my lunch for later on. The dog (Tegra) is next to me right now.. I wonder what dogs think about all day long. Well, Ill continue this later..

The MMS solution has made me dizzy and continually go back and forth to the restroom.. but it's all good ;] I ended up falling asleep from the dizziness and waking up shortly after. Winter break is almost over and I don't think I accomplished anything yet. Dinner time rolled around and I looked on yelp to find a nice Italian restaurant around the area.. I found a place called Andolinas in Azusa but when we got there it was closed.. so we ended up going to Johnny Carinos. Damn we ordered alot.. ALOT ALOT but it was my brother's birthday.. the waiter seemed to take forever attending to us too.. After we finished dinner we went home and sang for my brother and ate cake.. ill include a picture of the cake as soon as I upload it on the computer.. it was pretty good but there were two layers that had a very weird texture.. like rough spongy

After dinner I ended up wasting time.. till now.. 5 am in the morning hmm.. I was supposed to follow a strict workout plan too.. damn time for a change
